What can I expect in my apartment?
Fully-fitted kitchen with oven, hobs, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea making facilities, dishwasher with tablets, cooking equipment, crockery and utensils, A set of towels per guest, linen for beds, Integrated washer/dryer with washing powder, Free Wifi, soap, Cable/Satellite TV, outside area such as balcony or patio, 24h dedicated staff.
We also provide a welcome pack for each arrival. This includes, tea, coffee, bread, butter, jam & milk.
What is the maximum number of people the apartments sleep?
One bedroom will sleep up to 3 guests and the two bedroom will sleep up to 5 guests. There is either a sofa-bed or roll-away bed in the lounger for a fifth person.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
All apartments are deep cleaned by our experienced cleaning staff for every arrival.
is there somebody we can contact out of hours?
A staff member is only a phone all away 24/7. Details are provided on arrival.
Checking in and out
Check-in is from 3pm and check out by 10.00am.
All guests are required to check-in at The Circle complex reception on Queen Elizabeth Street, London, SE1. Guests are met by a staff member and escorted to their apartment in The Circle or in close proximity. It is important that guests let us know their arrival time in advance so that there are no delays meeting them.
